Caitlin Landrum is a dedicated education professional with a degree from Christopher Newport University. After gaining valuable experience as a 4th grade teacher, Caitlin transitioned to the Flawless team, where she once was a client herself. With a passion for fostering learning and growth, she now contributes her insights and expertise to help others feel flawless. Outside of work, Caitlin is a busy mom to two little ones and enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved dog. Balancing family life and a fulfilling career, Caitlin is committed to making a positive impact both in the classroom and in her community!

Crystal is one of the happy faces you’ll encounter at our front desk. She is always ready to assist you with a warm smile and knowledge about our range of services. Crystal’s journey in the health and wellness field began after she graduated with her degree in Radiation Therapy from VCU. She began as a Radiation Therapist where she developed a deep understanding of patient care. Furthering her education, she later obtained her master's degree in Health Promotion from Virginia Tech. She combines her medical background with a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that every client feels informed and empowerd in their choices. Crystal loves collaborating with our talented team of aestheticians, and her enthusiasm for our services shines through in every client interaction.
